Payment

You can pay for your order by bank card directly on the website using the Monobank payment system. Payment by bank transfer to our official IBAN account is also possible — to obtain our bank details, please contact us via Instagram Direct or Telegram. If you encounter any difficulties with payment, please contact us and we will be happy to help you successfully complete your order.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are processed once full payment has been made on the website. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. If the selected item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the production time. The estimated waiting time will be indicated on the product page.

Orders within Ukraine are delivered by the following courier services:

Additionally, if you are in Lviv, you can collect your order in person from our gallery at 8 Ivana Fedorovycha Street, between 11:00 and 20:00 every day.

International delivery

We ship our products worldwide, except to the aggressor country and Belarus. Delivery is carried out by the postal services Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.

Delivery costs are calculated by the postal operators on a case-by-case basis for each order: they depend on the weight, size of the parcel and the destination country. This will need to be paid separately after placing your order.

Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply, as determined by the legislation of the destination country. Such payments are payable by the recipient upon or prior to receipt of the parcel.
