The customer is entitled to return or exchange goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation (Part 1 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Protection of Consumer Rights’) if the item is unsuitable in terms of colour, size or for other reasons.

Exchanges are possible:

• for a similar product in a different size (subject to availability)
• or for another product from the range

Returns or exchanges are subject to the condition that the product:

• has not been used
• has not been used for photo or video shoots
• has not been altered or damaged in any way
• is kept in its original condition

Please note:

Products made to individual specifications or designs are not eligible for return or exchange.

All delivery costs associated with returning or exchanging goods are covered by the buyer.
